>he doesn't use clips to microload OHP
I never used clips for two reason
>if you fail a set you can dump the weight on one side
>shows if you have form imbalances
>>42604163
Is this smart or is he a dumbass?
Noob here
>>42604163
>if you fail a set you can dump the weight on one side
There is literally 0 danger in failing an OHP rep, you're retarded
>>42604199
He's an idiot
>microloading
How much of a pussy are you?
Bump that shit up by 5kg every lift.
>>42604163
>Failing a rep in OHP
>Can easily just return to base position and then to the rack, or to the floor.
>Be so retarded that you decide to dump the weight on one side, falling to the ground like an idiot, and maybe even injuring yourself in the process.
>>42604163
fucking kek, I can't stop laughing at this post, so retarded
>>42604199
>>42604223
>>42604507
Im talking about general lifting, not just ohp. But my second point stands. If you are pushing more on one side then another you can see the weights shifted on one side and you should correct your form based on that knowledge
>>42604543
>damage control: the post
Clips in my gym are too small and light
>>42604552
I said "i never use clips", not "i never use clips on ohp". Sorry if youre so dimwited the only one rep max you record is inches of cock you take down your throat.
>>42604133
I don't see why you'd ever NOT use clips/collars on any lift at all. If you have an imbalance then all the weight's gonna fall on the ground and damage something, then you're gonna get pulled in the direction with the weight which will probably fuck up your joints or break something.

Savage
