Well I guess but nobody gives a shit about your muscle insertions. You can maaaybe have like abnormally large traps or whatever and that's kinda ass but nobody will ever go "ew your abs / pecs / biceps is way too round / blocky / asymetric" or whatever, it honestly makes very little difference in your "desireability".
Your bones however... some people get the golden ratio shoulders, some don't, that's where you're shit out of luck
