Maybe slightly above average if you're lucky. Combine with sprints and or cycling and you'll have above average legs. As a young lad I had pretty joocy legs and glutes just from sprints and sport in general.

not really. you're limited by your own body weight and since the leg muscles are big they require alot of weight for them to grow. the most optimal way to grow legs is high intensity squats(imo)

Even bosuball pistolsquats or whatever bullshit thats the endgame of calisthenics will become nothing but endurancetraining way before you reach legs the size of that pic. But you could get some heavy kettlebells, you dont necessarily need a squatrack if that´s what you are asking.

I´m guessing pistolsquatting 20 reps with 30 kg kettlebells in each hand is quite a bitch.
