I just want to sleep and when I sleep for few hours I still feel tired. What is wrong??? Do I need more glucose?

Deficiency, overtraining, not enough water irregular sleeping pattern, chronic stress, overcutting, keto, etc.
If your eating, sleeping and training habits are fine and you have a normal amount of stress, it's probably something more serious.
Anyway go to your doctor, tell him you're tired all the time and your lifestyle + stress levels are fine and ask him for a blood test. Tell him you want to know your testosterone levels when you're at it.

If you live in a non shitskin country it could likely be a vitamin D3 deficiency, had the same problem as you and D3 supplements fixed it.

I had the same symptoms as you. I was under some depression during this time as well.

I got my blood work done and the doc told me i had deficiencies for b12 and vitamin D.
I take 1000icu b12 and d3. Its helped me go down from 260 to 220. Go to the doc and get it done man. You might have a deficiency like I did.
