I grew my blonde thick non-balding hair out last year
>supplement biotin
>use non silicone, non paraben shampoo and conditioner because
a) it's xenoestrogen
b) you're blocking the pores of your scalp and reduce the hair growth
Also, only shampoo once every two or three days, else your hair will get greasy and you'll be hooked on washing your hair daily which is gay with long hair
>brush your hair a lot because it stimulates hair growth
>massage your scalp because it stimulates hair growth
>eat a healthy diet and if you're fat, lose body weight
>put argan oil or lukewarm olive oil in your hair once in a while, massage it, leave in for an hour and then shampoo
>don't fall for the get a regular cut every once in a while because it boosts hair growth
Your hair ends won't split if they're young and it takes several years for long hair to need a slight cut
Just make sure depending on your goal to get a good cut before growing, so you won't look all goofy with long hair on the side and back during those gay transition phase(s)
Do cut the gay little hairs at the neck though

I stopped masturbating and porn, and the receding hairline around my temples has started growing back in. I'm 28 and don't have a ton of hair loss yet, so I don't know what the results would be for more severe cases, but it might help some anons out there.
It took about 4 weeks to see the new hairs that were dark and thick enough to be sure it wasn't just my imagination.
