First off, I know being fat has a lot to do with how much you sweat, but I still feel like I sweat way more than most people. I'm at 28% body fat, so while I'm obviously heavier than I'd like to be, I think I'm far away from land whale status and obviously I'm working on getting lower already.
Yet I sweat more than pretty much everyone else it feels like. Way more than people much heavier than me even. If I wear a white shirt it'll be practically soaked through by the time I finish. No matter how much deoderant I put on, I feel really akward about doing overheard presses because of the assault of man musk I must be exposing those around me to.I have to weight my forward after ever single set or I'm worried I won't be able to see.
Obviously I don't want to try and work out dehydrated, so what can I do?
Pic related is almost an accurate depiction of what I look when I work out.

Your super fat and your heart is suffering because of this, that's why you sweat so much.
Keep lifting and eat right. The sweat will solve itself over time if you do.

Holy Christ 28% is literally average for an American male, which is too heavy, but doesn't even come close to answering my question. I'm saying I sweat way more than people around my size and build.
And I've already lost 10% body fat over the past 2 years. Christ you morons are unhelpful.
I'm around 15% BF and I have the same issue. It's pretty fucking embarrassing. I have anxiety and it makes me sweat a fuck ton.
I don't so any cardio, I just lift 4 days a week. Would doing cardio make me sweat less in high stress situations?

Some people just sweat more than others. It sucks, but that is just the way it is.
Bro, I sweat a lot too. Always have. I thought it would go away once I stopped being overweight but LOL.
Don't have any recommendations besides try your best to not give too much of a fuck. Maybe wear darker clothes.
The most annoying thing is having to wipe up after doing practically anything at the gym

Make sense, I'll start wearing black/blue shirts to make it less obvious. If people have a problem with the smell of sweat in the gym I guess that's on them.

i'm in the same situation as you're. Getting /fit/ didn't help a bit, i still sweat whatever i do - armpits, forehead, neck, upper back, lower back, belly, - i sweat from everywhere and it is very noticeable because i sweat even when in winter when i'm not doing anything
I have to wear black shirts all the time so the sweat isn't so proeminent

it'll never go away unless you do botox injections. There are some sprays that can counter hyperhidrosis - such as odaban - but they're more expensive than normal sprays
