Alright fit, my company has these marketing fliers promoting stuff and they want me to be on the flier in a new shirt they are featuring They want someone who is actually working in the company and not a stock photo so the person in charge of this promotion wants me to do it. Only problem, I weigh 198lbs @ 6'1 and need to drop preferably around to 191 by Thursday at noon. I like kinda pudgy right now so I'm thinking I just go on a water fast all day tomorrow and Wednesday morning before. Or should I do an intense cardio/calisthenic workout instead? Is it even possible to squeeze out 7 pounds of water weight in a single day? I have my last pill of hydrochlorothyazide too, so I figure I take that the morning of.
It's going to be professionally done, so any tips about not looking like an autist when they shoot? Thousands might be seeing this flier.

My advice would to be cut out carbs, and eat a small caloric deficit. Make sure to not gorge on sodium. Then, they night before introduce carbs again, this night, you potassium load. You will have lost a little bit of fat, little/no muscle, but you will look lean because of the response to the carbs.

If you do a water fast then don't re-feed the day before the photo. you'll experience increased water retention as your sodium levels fluctuate.
Drink water only and plenty of it, In addition do a bunch of light to moderate aerobic cardio to deplete glycogen which will encourage sodium evacuation further reducing your water weight.
Cut out salt, drink hella water, no carbs, coffee in the am, and do HIIT. You'll be shredded.
