I started by doing SS until I exhausted that, except I switched power cleans for pullups.

I regret it and I don't; it gave me shoulder impingement for 9 months so I'm only now able to start benching again (though I did get bench up to 200+)

After that I tried the Fierce 5 LU LPP
(Lower Rest Upper Rest Lower Rest Pull Rest Push) and still got gains while I started my cut

Then for the rest of my cut, when I started cutting hard and losing strength, I just went PPL and now in the last few weeks down to Push/Pull 2x/week. Getting worn out.

I'm on my third week of SS, my goal is to achieve the strength standards based on my weight, height, and age.

It's at the point that I should add PC as well, but I'm not interested in it either. Not sure what to do in place of it. In the meantime, I'm just DL every workout, but only progress every other session. In addition, I do Chin-ups, Dips, and Planks at the end.

Nah dude you need to add PCs, it'll fuck up your shoudlers if you don't have it, definitely not worth it. Add chin ups if you want to get that back width, but the cleans are essential for scapular heatlh. DESU if I were running SS again I'd add a set of cleans and a set of BB rows for back health, and make sure you stretch your chest, shoulder girdle, and traps to not injury your shoulders. That routine is 2x more pushing than pulling. It's injury waiting to happen.

I lost about 5lbs due to poor diet, sleep, gastritis, and a whole lot of stress.

Started 5/3/1 with BBB variation and my own conditioning bullshit. Also hit my first muscle up, was in an L-sit nonetheless.

I just bought protein powder for the first time in my life though, so bulking should be a bit more consitent.

I got my skinnyfat ass to a gym and started lifting in April.

I'm 183cm/ 6' and currently weigh 83kg/182lbs

First I went into Keto to 74kg/163lbs and I'm now doing SL+GOMAD since ~ the beginning of July.

Should I continue GOMAD or cut?
From what I've read it's a 1-2 months max thing.

I don't really mind some extra fat desu. I felt like shit on the cut.

Been lifting pretty seriously (while also doing too much xanax/coke away at school) for the past year now, still really really skinny but I look like a lift a little with a shirt off at least at this point. Congrats, that's definitely an advantage. Although none of my strength matters much against higher belts, because not a lot of competitors are serious lifters, I get put into a weight division where most people are taller and skinnier so I feel very sturdy and can execute takedowns much easier.

These are my results after about 12 months of training (3 month cut, 7 month bulk, 2 month cut). I know I've still got a long way to go, but I look a hell of a lot better now than what I used to and the compliments and mires have been rolling in.

Here is my shitty proportional physique.

I need your expertise /fit/.

Got these puffy nipples when I was overweight, but they wouldn't go away with fat loss. I was probably around 14% body fat after my fat loss, but no change. Now I am around 17% I think. It's not gyno related, there is no lump, just fat in the nipples. It goes away when I pinch them or it's cold. I remember asking my doctor about it, but she said it my nipples were normal (they're obviously not). Do I need surgery if I want the problem fixed?

Then when my next push day comes around I do dumbbell supersets, 5 incline flies, 5 incline presses, 5 incline flies, rest maybe 30 seconds, repeat lower weight until I have done 5 supersets.

8 months cutting and its clear I need to lift more but anyone got any suggestions for a routine?

I'm stuck deciding if I go for a three day a week split and cardio every other day because I really want to lose my belly fat, or if I just go for a five or six day program and just concentrate on my lifts.
