In order to spread the ideals of /fit/, I've come up with a new 'meme' for insecure teen chicks.
Now, it's no longer that you must attain a "thigh gap", but a "thigh waist", i.e. you must do enough squats to develop your quads until the girth of your thighs equals your waist.
Mankind will thank me in 10 years.
