Question regarding drinking shakes when bulking
Last time I bulked I drank lots of a shake I made, like over a thousand calories each day, maybe even more than two thousand calories, don't remember exactly. The shake was made of oats, peanuts, oil and protein powder.
After two months or so my stomach couldn't handle it anymore. I also got a cold, and I had a low intensity cold for maybe two or three months. Both of these things probably happened because of the shake.
I don't want this to happen again. But it's very practical to make a shake to get a lot of calories.

The oil is just overkill dude. If you struggle to eat all the calories you need, maybe try spacing out multiple smaller drinks over the day, instead of one huge one? If that one fucks with your stomach.

Bulking really isn't difficult, just make sure your protein intake is high and eat lots of tasty food
