I want to get into stretching but I can't find any info on here.
Google just spits out these random infographics so I wanted to ask here which stretches I should do to help my lifts.

In addition, work on your shoulders and overhead position. Include external rotation at shoulder joint.
Also add hamstrings and psoas (couch stretch) work
