do some of you work out in the morning? If yes when do you eat? I want to start tomorrow but if I won't eat breakfast before going to the gym I fell like I do not have enough energy.
If I eat breakfast immediately before the gym I feel full and like I have to puke when contracting my core.
How does your morning routine look like?

I work out first thing when I wake up. If it's a cardio day I don't eat anything. If it's lifting day I'll eat a turkey sandwich.

if it's cardio I don't eat, if it's weights I drink a pre workout and eat either a cup of cottage cheese or 2 cups of oatmeal.
Ok, so I will just eat some oats before going to the gym.
I do only want to do weightlifiting in the morning, no cardio.
I guess the best way to do it would be eat a few oats before training and then the full breakfast after training.
I work out in the morning before work. Afterwards I generally have a protein shake and three scrambled eggs with half an avocado. I home gym so I could eat basically whatever I want, but this is simplest for me.
