I haven't exercised regularly in 3 years. Things are starting to get harder to do, getting tired out easier, etc... Finding the motivation to go back to the gym has been hard since a car accident a while back; with back pain getting in the way of working out.
But now that I've been healing up pretty well over the past couple years, I think its time to get back into it.
Any words of wisdom?
Don't do it.
Consult with your doctor before beginning any excercise regimen.

My old workout was in highschool when I did varsity wrestling. Part of our tumbling drills was hand walking. Just tried and can still do it.

No one can know because we don't know your condition. Most likely you are fine to do anything. Go to a physician if you are scared.
Oh btw make sure your handstand looks like the left, not the right. It doesnt matter if you can walk on your hands.

I got barely any money out of the settlement so I couldn't get a ct scan or xray or anything like that. Just a brace for my neck and back and some pain relievers.

If you wanna have higher energy levels throughout the day the best way to start would be a good diet and cardio.
