itt: we share our progress with other anons because we all have a story to tell and /fit/ loves talking about themselves alright

Before pics are from a few years ago, back in HS. If theres one thing I've learned from taking steps forward is that ANYTHING helps. Meme angels and lighting aside.

Weight is in kgs because I like my sanity I already hate maths enough

Short advice:
>desu mewing isn't a meme practice proper oral posture.
>Cutting out sugar isn't as impotent as simply not going over your deficit, have that pizza bro, just nothing else for the day, when your starting out, micros don't really seem to matter.

Stats:
Deadlift > 70
Sqaut > 85
Bench > 45 (I started benching late into my routine cause I didn't have a spotter and I was autistic about it)

How far have you come fit? Any advice for a newer but familiar guy like me?
