i finally decided to stop sitting att the computer all day and train daily. there is just one problem... it hurts like hell. i can barely sit down because my asscheeks are so sore.
this is my routine if it helps
the plank for 20 secs and the pause for 10 sec, repeat that for 10 min and then rest for 2 min.
do the same thing again but for pushupps, situps and dips.

You are probably extremely physically weak and have to build up gradually to become healthy again.

you should gradually build up to training daily it will only have negative effects such as what you are experiencing.

It's normal. It will hurt for about 2 weeks and then your muscles will get used to it and you'll barely get sore. Eat more food than you normally would, and make sure you eat enough proteins every day so your muscles can recover and get stronger.
