not to long ago i decided to finally stop sitting on my ass all day and exercise daily. there is just one problem, it hurts like hell. it even hurts sitting down because im so sore.
this is the routine im doing.
20 sec of plank then 10 sec pause, repeat for 10 min and then pause for 2 min.
then i just repeat that but for pushupps,situpps and dips for a grand total of 48 min.
also because of new computer image thread.
