Im overweight, and have been almost all my life.

Im currently fasting, but i dont know how much i should weigh, im 6.1", and 108KG.

I don't have much muscle mass at all, so around how much would i weigh in skelly mode?

60kg is skelly. You should lean cut, building muscle while losing fat, aim for 85ish kg.

You're not just overweight, you're OBESE. Don't bother fasting, and stick to a diet. Aim for 100kg, then once you get to 100kg, aim for 95kg, then 90kg, and so on. Just like your food, take your journey slowly in digestible and consumable amounts.
