I like doing my curls on a preacher bench and doing like 4x10-12 and then one AMRAP. and I do these as strict as possible, with the squeeze at the top and then 2-4 seconds down and let me arm extend fully. I normally do this near the start of my Pull day, and then towards the end I'll do regular dumbbell curls and just start at 10kg or whatever and do 8 reps, then go up and repeat until I can't finish a set. So just like 8 reps at 10kg, then 12.5, then 15, then 17.5 and thats usually where I'm dead. I don't do these too strict but If I start to involve my body too much I'll just stop that set.
