How to deal with injuries making you unable to workout?

I got an i jury on my foot and I can't do half of my routine now, what do? I am thinking to do the routine but do it lightly just so that I keep up the habit. What have you anons done when youve been injured?

Do like leg extensions, ab wheel, and back hyperextensions.

you have to do the only thing you can do: get small: sit out and just wither away like you're being blasted by chemo. pretty soon people will start asking you if you re sick, or what's wrong because you look "different". just shave your head and make the look complete so people will have pity on you other than asking you why you look so small nowadays.

i messed up my shoulder benching a couple weeks ago and am seeing a physio tomorrow. its been tough since shoulders and chest are my 2 favourite workouts but ive just been keeping occupied with lifts that dont hurt my shoulder.

dont do this, think long term and focus on recovering from the injury even if you do regress in strength/size. lifting can be a hobby for years but if you cause permanent damage youre fucked. even though a foot injury can really fuck you too bad regardless if its permanent.

Lay down and rot. That's what I've been doing since I injured my left tricep a few days ago. Luckily I think I'll be able to lift tomorrow.
