Been looking into fasting for a few weeks now, most people say the hunger goes away after 1-5 days.
My hunger has gone away, but im constantly thinking about food, like 24/7. Does this go away? or do i have to deal with the constant thought of food for the rest of my fast?

>Allo darling
>I made you a lovely pasta
>Would you be a sweetie and lick my bottom while I give this a good stir?
ya im on day 7 about to be 8 the feeling of wanting food never really goes away, you just have to have really good willpower and also i watch food videos idk why but it helps me not eat

Mummy gib some fookin milk, ya cunt
i'm 9 months into 16;8.
I think about food more than back when I ate lunch, dinner and late snack. but I feel waaay less sluggish, and meals are much more satisfying since they're larger. I stopped getting hungry in 5 or so days. I never liked eating breakfast, though so all I had to do was push the 1st meal from 12 to 17pm.
So im doing it like that: breakfast (oatmeal or eggs), and main big lunch around 1-3pm. Not eating till morning when I do my fitness routine and the breakfast.
Is this an ok way for hgh??

Why not stop consuming at 9pm and eat at 1pm?

No. Keep yourself busy. Clean your room, etc.

OP is talking about extended fasts

I have found that if I don't eat to satiety, or rather "fullness" then I think about food MUCH more frequently, and if I do it for a few days in a row it turns into obsessive tendancies.
I do 16:8. I'll break the fast around noon with a light lunch, snack on something, and at dinner I'll have my largest meal where I eat the point where I'm full.
The evidence is pretty strong since those who have leptin dysfunction in some form or another display obsessive behavioral quirks in regards to food, from over-eating, hoarding, and even stealing it. All of these manifestations disappear with the introduction of exogenous leptin.

Where can I find this „exogenous leptin”

im on nofap you fuck
I do 22:2, so essentially I get two large meals and I'm done. No hunger, still feel like a fatty, and I don't get crazy blood sugar swings.
I can't fucking get people who can fast for days. I can barely go 16-17 hours without getting irritable and sluggish beyond recognition.
Even had blood tests done and my blood sugar, mineral/salt and vitamin levels are OK.
