Just moved into college and I usually had my best friend to lift with. Currently I don't have any workout buddies yet but am still trying to lift. What are eh best exercises to do?

IMO any exercise but the bench press. Even then most gyms will have safety precautions on the bench press benches like a bar or something that you put about chest level or a bit lower. DESU, you need to mentally prepare yourself for the shame that comes with bailing or just ask for a spot. When it comes to bailing for a squat, I look at the weight, remember it, then tell myself I'm going to crush it with five reps easy one day.
