Psychological motivation.
I agree somewhat. I do like a cup of coffee before working out and totally feel it gives me an extra pump.
But, be it preworkout (which I've tried two or three times) or coffee, my logic tells me it's better used moderately, or else I won't be able to work out without them.
why don't the junkie pieces of shit who take pre-workout supplements just man up and smoke some ice? it's more honest
Working out at 5AM before work, preworkout is a must for me. Not solely for my workout, I'm chipper as fuck at work all day until I crash around 6-7 PM.
