Hey guys would this program be okay for keeping pressure off of the lower back? I have Ankylosing Spondylitis and need to avoid back stuff. I tried SL 5x5 but it was too much.
A
Hack Squats 5x5

If hack squats work for you and cause no pressure/pain, fine. Do them. But you should add something for your lower back like reverse situps with weight. Also add some rowing.

So like replace pulldowns for cable rows

No - add stuff. You wont do 3 exercises and then leave the gym will you?

Arent most good full body programs only 3 movements

Put some deadlifts and back squats in. God tier. Bent over rows are also great. Amazing. Got mired today doing them. Anyway, what's this thread about?

You got what?

Ankylosing spondylitis is an inflammatory disease that, over time, can cause some of the vertebrae in your spine to fuse.
