You're not used to a food without sugar. Eventually you'll get used to it.
>>42585100
Ah shit, forget about that. Definitely trying it next time.
>>42585107
Literally tasted like sour cream mate
>>42585119
I'm not disagreeing with you there, just compare the sugar content with the yogurt you ate before. I bet it's over a 20g difference.

Isn't it full of fat?
Anyway, add cinnamon, nutmeg, other stuff, fruit, etc.
Put some strawberry whey in there, or some fruit, or a bit of honey.
Maybe people weren't fat in the past because food didn't taste good.

Honey!
>>42584829
just a touch of maple syrup
>>42586748
>shitload of sugar
>>42584829
I put organic strawberry spread in my yogurt, 40 cals, 5g of sugar per tblsp.
>tfw my honey has 80 cals and 15 g per tblsp
>>42584829
Depends on the kind of yogurt honestly.
I tried a few different plain unsweetened and they were all disgusting without honey/maple syrup etc, but I then tried Skyr and the shit's actually decent plain. Brand was president's Choice
Why even eat unsweetened?

>Isn't it full of fat?
What is even your point?
>>42588559
Less sugar
>>42584829
Pussy

Because it's bad ass
Greek Yogurt?
Are you going for the 0% one? go for the normal one man, its a lot less bitter.
>>42588559
more protein for less calories, and sugar
I hate greek yogurt by itself, absolutely hate it.
However, during the summer I have a couple of peaches or nectarines or bananas sliced with half a kilo every night, and I always look forward to that meal.
