If last week I deadlifted 335lbs for a smooth 5 (with 2 or 3 more in the tank) what should my ORM be?
Gonna test my max this week and want to get an estimate of what I should hit

Well I did the same the other week and I got 175kg out on deadlift for 1 and failed 180kg.
But everyone is different so you may very well do more than that

I hit 315lbs squat when I was doing 245 for sets of 3 so I'm hoping maybe I can grind the shit out of 4pl8 for deadlift when I'm doing rather smooth sets of 5 with 335
