I haven't had a chance to go to the gym in the last few days due to travelling, finally came home last night and got blackout drunk. When I woke up this morning I was really dizzy and I haven't had an appetite all day. I still feel pretty nauseous when I stand up, but I haven't gone to the gym in a few days and I really want to get back in.
Should I wait it out, or force myself to eat and try to go to the gym?
