What if I add in HIIT + cardio on top of my current training, eating extra calories to replace those I burn, and sleep a bit extra?

HIIT as well as traditional cardio lower your insulin resistance and your fasting blood glucose and that could give you some weight loss and a bit more muscle growth. Not gonna be much tho, its not gonna make you suddenly blow up in size and get ultrashredded, but it will help a bit. Sleep is very important for recovery after doing lifting, so if you dont get enough of it now, you are missing out on gains
