Hey /fit/ aspiring /fit/izen here. Recently ive noticed a slump in my performance all around in life. I'm exhausted more often, my sex drive is the same but coitous has nose dived, and my lifts have gotten stagnant.
I thought maybe I could have low T or just hormonal imbalances. Does anyone have any experience with test boosters? Do they work? Pic related

Go to a doctor and get checked out.

Supplement Vitamin D3, Zinc, Copper and Magnesium first. It's cheaper for way more servings. Those are nutrients that help regulate your hormone levels. If those don't work, roid.

T is a metabolite of cholesterol, et al.

I've been putting off the doctor for awhile. I just feel like it's soon bringing news. I will pick those up but from what I read this seems to work for most people.

Tribulus, Fenugreek and DIM may help improve your libido but there's no proof they help boost test in humans. DAA works for like a month but drops back to normal after that which isn't enough to help your levels.
If money isn't an issue than go for it to try out.

So how does one produce more testosterone for the long run? With Zinc copper and vitamin B? Would multivitamins be a good substitute then?
I'll try out this product though. The dysfunctional libido really puts a strain on my life.

Some nutrients help your hormones like Zinc and Vitamin D3 but it's hard to say how much of an impact it'll have. Really depends on your current levels and levels of those nutrients in your body.

Test is hard to fix.
