help me /fit/. I need to bulk and make my own food/eat 3 meals a day. I know how to cook good food that tastes good, but sometimes, like today, I'm so goddamn lazy I don't even want to spend 20 minutes making a lunch. I'm literally hungry as fuck rn but just can't get up and do the cooking.
