he's brain dead. it took 15-20 minutes for the ambulance to arrive. he was without oxygen for too long. he's only in a medically induced coma because there is a chance the brain can repair itself in that state. Odds are he won't make it. The same thing happened with Carrie Fisher.

What's the rate of muscle loss when immobile? I doubt the nutrition they are giving him is excatly thousands upon thousands of calories.

Truthfully this. I saw a story from one of his friends saying he had stablized and was doing much better but I think it might just be denial. I have seen denial first hand when I had a family member in the hospital, people will cling on to anything.
