I've been working out a for a while now, and while I haven't put on a lot of size, as of last month, veins have started appearing everywhere. We're talking traps, chest, forearms, which is normal, but also in random ass places like in my forehead, vertically down my stomach, my pelvis, etc. What's up? I'm at around 13% BF too so its not like I'm shredded.

yeah vascularity is cool and all, but as the other anon said blood pressure is something to be concerned about. Do you eat too much salt? You can track it as an alternative macro/micro, also watch how many carbs you get of the simple sugar kind they also effect blood pressure (things like fructose syrup etc)
