IF you hit your macros can you calorie stuff with sugar for bulking? Im at my limit for food around 2500 calories. I want to supliment with drinks. Milk is too heavy, I drink it but after a certain point it makes me sick. I can drink litres of pepsi or ice tea though. Can I hit calories with sugary beverages and still gain muscle?
