If you indeed have diabetes, check if you're experiencing any symptoms such as dry lips, peeing a lot, craving sugary drinks, increased thirst and so on.
And instead of posting on 4chan, get an appointment and check you're sugar level.

I don't have to eat a specific amount of food because I'm diabetic, I eat like every other person who trains eats, the only difference is is that I have to inject insulin for it.
