I've started to train my neck this month. I'm doing neck curls and extensions three times a week now

I was just wondering about the following:

- I'm doing 3 sets of 30 reps. Is that okay? More or less volume?

- how many times per week can I train neck?

Started doing it last week at home, went from 15x3 to 30x3, 2 days off now
gonna do 25x3 on monday, 30x5 on tuesday etc.

Once I get to 50 reps per set I plan on adding 2kg, then 4kg, etc.

reminder shrugs work the neck too. I did shrugs for the first times in 5 years of lifting the other day and to my suprise they actually worked my neck somehow

It was different than any direct neck training ive done
