Hi /fit/.

I've got hypothyroidism but I want to lose weight, I've tried before but the fact that I got this thyroid problem shit makes it pretty difficult, what are some things I can do to lose weight?

I've thought about using DNP, but it seems a little risky but it keep crossing my mind.

I've tried counting calories and stuff, but it doesn't give much result.

There are some at-home methods to causing hypoxia to thyroid tissue that actually seem to be promising. I would look into that
