fat/carb ratio makes absolutely no difference. As long as you're carb loaded before you step in the gym and eat some carbs afterwards you're going to be a-ok. The amount of carbs you eat on a bulk mostly end up getting stored as fat anyways, eating dietary fats just circumvents liponeogenesis.
