Anyone have the image with the calisthenics progression chart?
I'm going to be in a Japanese shithole for 3 months and I don't trust them to have a powerlifting gym anywhere near me, but I still need to exercise.
I'm still under 1/2/3/4 and weigh 74kg, so calisthenics will basically still be progression for me, right?

Progression for a reason. Maybe read into convict conditioning etc to get a better idea of this. Calisthenics aren't really my thing so I suggest further research
