/fit/ I am having trouble lifting with my left bicep. It gets sore easily and it just seems to be so much harder to lift with it. It did get sore and swollen a couple weeks ago but it seems fine now. Any advice?

But I used to be able to lift just slightly fewer reps. I used to do 8x20kg both arms, felt slightly harder on the left but now after that slight injury i can barely do 2 reps
