There is a benchpress compition in my gym.
Males have to bench 40kg as much rep as possible where as the females have to bench 20kg as much as possible.
I have trained more on weight then reps. I can 120kg x 4 and 100 x 8 and 80 x 12
How much will i be able to rep just 40kgs, also what routine do i have to follow to win this or diet?

Judging by the pattern of your lifts id say youd be able to do 20 at 40kg, because with every decrease of 20kg you can do four more reps

With 20kgs i mean, 10 kgs on both sides + the bar 20kgs

I'm extrapolating to the Tom Platz 20 rep squat routine, where guys can take their 10 rep max and do that for 20 with proper pace

If you can do 120 x 4 then you should be able to do 80 more than 12 times, what the fuck.
If you can do 120 kg x 4 then 40 kgs could be even 80+ -rep material but your endurance is probably shit so maybe 40 reps idk.
