Hey /fit/
I'm a skinny guy. About 72 kg and 194 cm tall.
I'm a tower with limp arm noodles, and I want to change that.
I need to gain some weight, some muscle, but don't know where or how to start.
I also think I have a bit of the "nerd neck", being a wanker who mostly sits in front of his pc. I want to change my life, want to get stronger and more healthy.
So far I have cut off all sugary substances like soda, chips, candy etc. Currently also trying to stop smoking.
Does any of you have an idea of how I could get started?
