Why every time I have fish for lunch I have better workouts? I mean more weight and more reps. Could i have some nutritional deficiency? I noticed this being true for me very consistently and I'm 90% sure its not placebo.

What does that mean? I don't eat enough fats? I'm sure I do. I eat olive oil every day. Fish makes my workouts better for some weird reason.
