Is there a /fit/ approved workout that involves no money/equipment?

Iam changing a few things in my life, starting with better food and exercise. Sadly, i don't have money to spend on a gym membership or equipment right now. Can you recommend a tutorial/website i can start with?
There are plenty ressources online, but i don't know enough about exercise yet to pick a good one.

At very least you need to pick up some 30kg dumbells ($30) and a maybe a barbell ($100)

Im in in the same boat, heres my rough routine.
>200 push-ups throughout the day (mostly just visit push-up threads every couple hours)
>40 chin-ups
>30 pull-ups
>5km run (every 2nd day)
>100 curl-ups
>80 crunches
>whatever the fuck else I have time for
do this with 2 rest days a week and you'll be S.A.S tier within 2 years.

Man the best you can do is calisthenics aka street workout. You just need a bar and the floor, either find a park near your hose or get a home bar. And for the workout look for the 'recomendeed calisthenic workout'. Best one for beginners
