Hi /fit/
A couple of weeks ago I asked /fit/ for some honest feedback on my deadlift form. I came away with some good advice which I have applied to my deadlift workouts since.
I was hoping I could do the same for my squat form. I'll post a link to the video below but basically I feel like the bar shoots forward when I'm pressing up from the bottom squat position.
Any feedback is appreciated.

The problem is your breathing and bracing.

Pay special attention to what he says about keeping your back tight and bending the bar into you, because you're not doing that.
What you do before you squat down is the most important aspect of the lift, at least that's what I think.

Yeah, I breathe but the bar raises up which I'm aware of. My back is tight when I unrack the bar. I'll watch the videos thanks.
