I've been working out and eating better for a few months and what's really struck me is how good my shits are these days.

When I first started my shits would be sloppy slimeballs and I would have to wipe for half an hour to clean it up. Now I just shoot it out as one nugget, do a quick single wipe and I'm golden

Anyone else got this amazing feeling?
