About 2 years ago I was big and used to lift heavy. I was squatting 130kgs for a few reps in this gym with a soft floor and ever since then I have had a shiity lower back.
I went to the chiro and he said my L5 was out, but he didn't do much to help.
I get a burning/searing pain in my lower left back on the side I felt the tweak. I get the odd nerve pain in my stomach sometimes, and also tight a fuck left glute and hip flexors.
What is this and how do I fix it? I have lost a lot of weight since and a lot of muscle around the area.
Should I start reverse hyperextensions and light lifts to fix it?
Thanks so much.

Waiting on MRI results rn but they gave me this supper strong once a day Alieve shit and I feel the best I have since my injury almost 2yrs ago. Doing some basic back and leg stretches every day rn. Don't lose hope, we are all going to make it.

do you think it could be serious?

Well if it's a disk herniation it will never fully heal and that's pretty shit. If it's a bulged disk I may have hope

I also get the sciatic pain.
I'm gonna try reverse hypers. Don't want surgery, fuck that shit.

Go to an actual physiotherapist.
Better if he has experience dealing with athletes ans sports related injuries.
Go to your doctor and discuss the matter with him, ask hin the treatment options. Mention all doubts you have. The choice is ultimately yours so dont be afraid.
Dont be afraid of coming off like an insistent asshole either (dont overdo it though)
Dont, DONT take advice from any imageboard or forum.
