I just started living on campus and I want to cut away from skinnyfat mode. I have to eat the cafeteria food, because money. Is it possible to get good results with this food? Just do a lot of cardio and eat less but still eat the cafeteria food?

I've always been told lean bulks were incredibly difficult and expensive. I could handle difficult but the cost might not be workable

You'll spend way more on cafeteria food than you will on cooking your own food, anon.

If the cafeteria is buffet style then just eat/drink as much healthy shit as you need, its pretty easy to tell what's good or not.

In the US, many universities make paying the full bill for campus food in advance a mandatory requirement for campus housing.

Eating slightly more food but less than a normal bulk is expensive?
