Hey, folks. So I built a home gym about a month and a half ago (see pic) and I've been doing my best to use all the different pieces to find exercises that feel right. The problem is that since I'm starting from basically zero muscle, EVERY exercise feels like it's having a benefit. I simply don't have enough time to do every exercise on my list (I keep a sheet and mark my progress), so I'm hoping you guys can point out which ones are essential and which I can drop. I've organized them by equipment, but I'm not sure if I have all the correct names, so if you want any clarification let me know.
Thanks.

for a balanced body, you need
squats
deadlifts
overhead press
bench
bent-over row
olympic lifts
variations of these will last you forever.

sure buddy, he won't have any arm development from those
The best thing you can do is sticking to a program. Starting Strength or Greyskull LP. After you finish your linear progression you can do more exercises, don't do a brosplit as a beginner.
