ey fellas been training since i was 16, 27 now never stopped training. My best advice is get a second sport something you can compete in once you get in shape and let the weight lifting become secondairy.
I screwed up by going for brazilian jiu jitsu and competing way too late and realise the gratification you get from doing that is much better then just being swole.
I went from 50kg to 105kg now 81,5kg but lean as fuckkk i train 12 times a week though lol who the fuck am i kidding im going back to /pol/ its not like tiny is still around

depends on what kinda cardio you're doing. running, maybe yea, over time if you don't lift, but swimming and biking typically don't i imagine
