I need help scheduling myself, /fit/.
I have all the motivation and drive and all that but I keep falling short of my goals. Just now I realized that I don't adhere to any kind of schedule. I'm always falling for that stupid "do it later" fallacy loop. Never been taught or shown by example to make the best of my time.
How do I git gud at this?
fuuuug I need help anons

bump because I struggle with this same shit
Just do it
There are some good books, brian tracy seems to pool all the best but its up to you to stick at it. In my experence set hard but acheivable goals, cant get out of bed if there is no reasion too

you lack discipline. best thing to do is to start small. do one or two small things to work towards your goals. maybe only work out for say 10 minutes. then over time start doing more and more until it's a habit.

literally write down a schedule and adhere to it as best as you can. then do better. repeat

Stop being lazy and get off your fat ass or enjoy getting laughed at by thousands of chads everywhere you go

>implying I go anywhere
That's the thing, anon, I want to do it for my own satisfaction
guess it's time to end myself

Start by practicing, anon, I have the same problem
Section your time, try to follow your schedule as best you can, and make adjustments
I've got a real problem with cranking it for example, but I remind myself that's just gonna goblin my time while I could be doing something more productive
There's shit you can read on the Internet, though you'll have to take plenty of it with a grain of salt since there seems to be a huge market based on goblining coins from guys like us
