I am at a remote location for 30 days. there is no gym and all i have is a 16kg kettlebell. i am man, 30lbs of fat.
What can i achieve in 30 days?
i plan on 5 days of 500 swings a day, then 1000 swings a day for the rest. Will this cure my gayness? just joking.

what do you like to do with kettlebell?
Kettlebell squats, push ups (do one arm pushups if you're strong enough), crunches, etc
If you can do turkish get ups, simple and sinister from Pavel Tsatsouline is a good option
